These recent paper sculptures are a departure from my circular components. The rectangular shapes, with their rooftile pattern are more in keeping with my recent ideas, centred around the home, buildings, nests. This piece was printed, sewn and assembled with cocktail sticks. The colour palette for this piece comes from soft natural tile colours, giving it a homely and peaceful feel.
